Office Coordinator

Full-time · Colombo 03 (Kollupitiya)

  • Prepare and send quotations to clients
  • Handle sales inquiries and follow up on orders
  • Manage email communication professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain and update records in our systems
  • Multi-task across daily office operations
  • Prior experience in office coordination, sales, or procurement is a plus
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written, English + Sinhala)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and business software
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
  • Proactive, organized approach to work
  • Competitive base salary plus commission on sales
  • Salary increment review after 6 months
  • Additional allowances based on assigned responsibilities
